Information
PCS offers Guaranteed Seating to our Patrons. When you purchase a ticket to a specific performance, you are guaranteed a seat for that show. The Players Club has partnered with TheaterMania.com to bring you Guaranteed Seating as well as online and phone-based ticket ordering. Our seating is general admission, and there are no bad seats in the intimate 298 seat house. In addition, there are 4 wheelchair accessible seating locations. All seats offer excellent views of the stage and good acoustics. Doors open to the lobby one hour before curtain time. Doors to the house open 30 minutes before curtain. Tickets are usually available up until curtain time for most performances. Guaranteed Tickets may be available up to 2 hours prior to a performance. For our most popular shows (usually musicals), we do occasionally sell out a performance, so please order your tickets early to ensure that you will get a seat before coming to the theater. We will hold your seat, but we will not hold the curtain, so please plan on arriving before curtain time on show night. It is up to the discretion of the House Manager to seat you after the performance begins.
Individual Tickets for ShowsIndividual tickets for our shows are sold by Phone or Internet up to 2 hours before curtain time. The Box Office sells available tickets right up until curtain, unless the show is previously sold out. The box office opens 1 hour before curtain on show nights (and afternoons). Second Stage Admission is $10. Season tickets, even expired one-per-show tickets and vouchers, are also honored. All Second Stage performances are currently sold as first-come first-seated only. Subscription Tickets

When you order your tickets online, you will receive a receipt. Your tickets will be held and Guaranteed for you. You can pick up your tickets at the Box Office on the night of the production by going to the "Will Call" window. AccessibilityOur Main Stage auditorium is wheelchair accessible, but our Raymond W. Smith Second Stage Theater is not, and could be difficult for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Individuals with disabilities are strongly encouraged to call the theater at (610) 328-4271 for details about our facilities. Anyone needing to be seated early in our auditorium should arrive at least a half hour before the performance and contact our House Manager in the main lobby for assistance.For those who would like assistive listening devices, they can be obtained from the box office at no charge prior to all of our mainstage shows. These radio devices allow you to hear everything perfectly, even from the back of the house! We recently completed an upgrade of our theater to better allow for wheelchair accessibility. A new restroom is fully ADA-compliant, with plenty of room to turn a motorized wheelchair around and automated controls on just about everything. New seats that are cushioned, wider, and much more comfortable have been installed. There are four wheelchair spaces (two in front and two in the rear of the auditorium), as well as several easy access seats with flip-up arms.
Group SalesA super bargain in theater: the Players Club of Swarthmore is a best bet for your group functions. Your group will receive a reduced ticket price. We would like to help you meet your group's social or fund raising needs. Your organization can even reserve the entire theater for a special fund raising performance at amazingly low group rates for our 298 seat theater. (There are 4 additional wheelchair spaces available.) Group rates vary for straight plays and musicals. You must have at least 15 persons and you must call for arrangements at least two weeks before the show desired. Just call (610) 328-4271 then push the Group Sales number indicated on our menu. We will return your call, answering all your questions and your group will be on their way for a special visit to the theater!
