Information
PCS offers Guaranteed Seating
to our Patrons. When you purchase a ticket to a specific
performance, you are guaranteed a seat for that show.
The Players Club
has partnered with TheaterMania.com
to bring you Guaranteed Seating as well as online and phone-based
ticket ordering.
Our seating is
general admission, and there are no bad seats in the intimate
298 seat house. In addition, there are 4 wheelchair accessible
seating locations. All seats offer excellent views of the
stage and good acoustics.
Doors open to
the lobby one hour before curtain time. Doors to the house
open 30 minutes before curtain.
Tickets are usually
available up until curtain time for most performances. Guaranteed
Tickets may be available up to 2 hours prior to a performance.
For our most popular shows (usually musicals), we do occasionally
sell out a performance, so please order your tickets early
to ensure that you will get a seat before coming to the
theater.
We will hold
your seat, but we will not hold the curtain, so please plan
on arriving before curtain time on show night. It is up
to the discretion of the House Manager to seat you after
the performance begins.
Individual tickets for our shows are sold
by Phone or Internet up to 2 hours before curtain time.
The Box Office sells available tickets right up until curtain,
unless the show is previously sold out. The box office opens
1 hour before curtain on show nights (and afternoons). Tickets
can be purchased for any performance of any show when the
box office is open.

Admission is $10 except for Many Moons, which is $5. Season tickets, even expired one-per-show tickets and vouchers, are also honored.

Per Specific Show Subscription

| This option
provides a strip of 7 vouchers (or a double strip of
14), each of which can be redeemed for tickets to any
performance of any production throughout the season.
Use these vouchers one at a time, or use several of
them to bring a group of friends to any show.
This
is the same subscription option that we have offered
for years. The ultimate in flexibility. However there
are no Guarantees of a seat. FLEX Vouchers can be
redeemed at the box office on the night of a production
if there are seats available.
Just bring your BLUE VOUCHERS
to the theater on any night, and you can exchange
them for a ticket to that show.

The Best bargain in town. You'll see all of our great shows during the season for under $11 per performance. You are entitled to one or two tickets to any performance of each of our 7 seven shows throughout the season.
Great NEW Option This Year. For our 1-per-show subscriptions -- select the specific tickets that you want, and receive actual tickets (not vouchers). Avoid the line at the box office -- print your tickets out online, and bring them to the theater with you. As always, you can get will call tickets and pick them up at the box office as always.
If your plans change, you can exchange your tickets for another night of the same show. This is a benefit extended to our subscribers only.

Membership
has its privileges
Those who wish to become members of The Players Club can
do so on the subscription form for $20 per person or $35
for two persons in the same household. Members are entitled
to attend special meetings and events, vote in Players Club
elections, and receive a courtesy $1 discount on tickets
purchased at the box office, by phone, or on-line.

When you order
your tickets online, you will receive a receipt. Your tickets
will be held and Gauranteed for you. You can pick up your
tickets at the Box Office on the night of the production
by going to the "Will Call" window.

Accessibility
Our Main Stage auditorium is wheelchair accessible, but our Raymond W. Smith
Second Stage Theater is not, and could be difficult for anyone who has trouble
with stairs. Individuals with disabilities are strongly encouraged to call the
theater at (610) 328-4271 for details about our facilities. Anyone needing
to be seated early in our auditorium should arrive at least a half hour before
the performance and contact our House Manager in the main lobby for assistance.
For those who would like assistive listening devices, they can be obtained
from the box office at no charge prior to all of our mainstage shows. These
radio devices allow you to hear everything perfectly, even from the back of
the house!
We recently completed an upgrade of our theater to better allow for wheelchair accessibility. A new restroom is fully ADA-compliant, with plenty of room to turn a motorized wheelchair around and automated controls on just about everything. New seats that are cushioned, wider, and much more comfortable have been installed. There are four wheelchair spaces (two in front and two in the rear of the auditorium), as well as several easy access seats with flip-up arms.
A super bargain
in theater: the Players Club of Swarthmore is a best bet
for your group functions. Your group will receive a reduced ticket price.
We would like to help you meet your group's social or fund
raising needs. Your organization can even reserve
the entire theater for a special fund raising performance
at amazingly low group rates for our 298 seat theater. (There
are 4 additional wheelchair spaces available.) Group
rates vary for straight plays and musicals. You must
have at least 15 persons and you must call for arrangements
at least two weeks before the show desired. Just call
(610) 328-4271 then push the Group Sales number indicated
on our menu. We will return your call, answering all
your questions and your group will be on their way for a
special visit to the theater!
