Gift Certificates

If you have been given an e-Gift Card for the Players Club of Swarthmore, click here to register the gift card. By registering the card, you make the amount of the card available whenever you purchase anything from the Players Club, whether on-line, by phone to 866-811-4111, by mail, or at the box office.


We offer gift certificates in any dollar amount you desire, or you can buy a gift subscription. These make great gifts for the holidays, anniversaries or birthdays for anyone who enjoys the excitement of live theater. What better gift for the friend or relative that is really tough to buy for?


We offer two kinds of gift certificates: e-Gifts issued by our ticketing agency,, and traditional paper certificates.


You can buy an e-Gift online

E-Gifts can be sent as e-mail or printed. They can be used for on-line or telephone purchases or presented at the box office. Once they have been registered to the recipient’s account, the amount of the gift will automatically be available at the recipient’s next PCS purchase.

Gift Subscriptions

If you buy a subscription that is intended for a gift, just indicate that when ordering by mail. Make sure you give us the recipient’s name and contact information, and tell us where to send the subscription vouchers. If you buy a gift subscription on-line (click here) or by phone (866-811-4111), you can help us keep track of your instructions by ALSO sending a confirming e-mail to< with your order date, the recipient’s name and contact information, and shipping instructions.

Paper Gift Certificates

Traditional paper gift certificates, for the computer-averse, can only be sent through the mail. Allow plenty of time for delivery. You can order them by mail (to Box 236, Swarthmore, PA 19081) or e-mail to Traditional gift certificates are good only at the PCS box office; they cannot be used for telephone or on-line purchases.

If ordering by mail or e-mail, please include the additional information:

  • Your phone number or e-mail in case we have questions about your order.
  • The dollar amount of the gift certificate.
  • The name and address of the gift recipient. (We will add them to our mailing list and they’ll receive our postcard each month.)
  • Where we should send the certificate (you or the recipient)? If it is being mailed to the recipient, we will include a cover letter telling them that you sent the gift and for what occasion, along with a schedule of shows.
